1. Acceptance and Binding Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using Astryxory in any manner, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and accept all terms outlined in this document. These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Astryxory and establish the rules for platform use. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of this platform.

2. Social Casino Platform Classification

Astryxory operates as a social casino entertainment platform. This designation has specific legal and practical implications. Our platform provides casino-style games for entertainment purposes exclusively, using virtual currency without monetary value. No real money gambling occurs on Astryxory. Users cannot win real money, cannot lose real money, and cannot engage in any activity involving actual monetary stakes.

3. Age Requirements and Verification

Access to Astryxory is restricted to individuals who have reached at least eighteen years of age. This minimum age requirement applies universally regardless of your geographical location. By using Astryxory, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may request age verification documentation at our discretion and reserve the right to deny or terminate access for anyone who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.

4. Virtual Currency and Value

All currency, credits, tokens, or other value representations within Astryxory are entirely virtual and possess no monetary worth. These virtual assets cannot be purchased with real money under any circumstances. They cannot be sold, exchanged, converted to cash, or redeemed for goods or services. Virtual currency exists solely as a mechanism for interacting with our games and has no purpose or value beyond facilitating gameplay.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Actions

Users must engage with Astryxory in good faith for personal entertainment only. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to manipulate game outcomes through cheating or exploits, using automated systems including bots or scripts, reverse engineering our software or games, exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, interfering with platform operations, harassing or impersonating other users or staff, and any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Astryxory—including games, graphics, text, software code, audio files, trademarks, logos, and design elements—is owned by Astryxory or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws including copyright and trademark law. Your use of Astryxory grants you no ownership rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Astryxory content without our explicit written permission.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We make no guarantees regarding continuous platform availability. Astryxory may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, temporarily discontinue, or permanently terminate any aspect of our service at any time without advance notice. We may alter game availability, change platform features, adjust policies, or discontinue operations entirely at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers and No Warranties

Astryxory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We specifically disclaim all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding platform uptime, game functionality, outcome fairness, or compatibility with your devices. You use Astryxory at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astryxory and its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. This limitation applies to all types of damages including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, and special damages. This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. User Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astryxory and its associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. This indemnification obligation continues even after your access to Astryxory ends.

11. Dispute Resolution Procedures

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Astryxory shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. You also waive your right to a jury trial. Arbitration shall proceed according to applicable arbitration rules in the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Material changes may be highlighted through platform notifications, though we are not obligated to provide such notice. Your continued use of Astryxory after terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to Astryxory immediately, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to terms violations, suspicious activity, or our business decisions. Upon termination, your right to use Astryxory ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in the relevant jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
